You can also read the email on the interactivetools.com website: interactivetools.com to transfer hosting clients to NinerNet. The actual transfer of the files from one server to another will happen on October 11th (UTC), but you need to change the nameservers for your domain now to ensure that the transfer on October 11th is quick and without interruption. Changing the nameservers for your domain will not affect your hosting, as everything (including your email) will continue to operate as normal.
By updating your nameservers now you give us the control we need to effect a quick transfer, rather than one that could take 24-48 hours. We've had experience transferring many domains to our servers from other hosting companies over the years, and we've developed a time-tested procedure for doing this to ensure there is no downtime and that the switch is quick.
